[AltBeacon]E/CycledLeScannerForLollipop: Scan failed: app cannot be registeredエラーについて

はじめに

Android KotlinにてAltBeacon使用時におきた以下のエラー。
E/CycledLeScannerForLollipop: Scan failed: app cannot be registered
ビーコン検知するプログラムを組んでいたはずなのに突然おきました。
ビーコンに関するコードは何も変更していないのにLogCatに上記エラーが出て検知できなくなった。

解決方法

調べたところ、AndroidもしくはAltBeaconのバグのよう？
端末のBluetoothの再起動（BluetoothのOFF→ON）で治りました。
